Vitality Wellness Spring Yoga Retreat
Enjoy a relaxing and rejuvenating weekend at Mount Madonna Center with your host Dr. Bridget Puchalsky, DATM and yoga instructor. This retreat center is a spiritual retreat center on a peaceful mountaintop setting outside of Watsonville, CA. Just an hour from San Jose and Santa Cruz but it feels a world away. Located on 380 acres of redwoods and grasslands, this peaceful haven is a place where you can step back, slow down, and reconnect to your center, to nature, and to a more authentic flow of life.

- 2 Morning Practices: Postures, Pranayama & Meditation

- Hiking Trails through the Redwoods
- Attend an Arati Ceremony at the Hanuman Temple- this ceremony is very similar to those experienced in India.
- Browse Oceanview Books and Gift Shop – A conscious consumer hub for spiritual literature, crystals, art, apparel, and more.
- Book Appointments at the Wellness Center – For additional fees you can arrange appointments for a variety of Ayurveda therapies, traditional massage, and other body therapies, provided by professional practitioners. Best to book in advance.
- Make new friends and spend time with old.

3. Personal invoice based on housing will be emailed. Retreat balance due by March 1, 2024
Lodging Options
Guest Rooms: Single, Double, or Triple
Hotel-style rooms (without phones or TVs) with 1, 2, or more twin beds. Some include a private bathroom with shower. Others have access to shared (private while in use) bathrooms and showers down the hall.

Cabins
Situated in an oak grove, the Oaks Cabins each house 2 people and have electricity and heat, but no plumbing. A separate bathhouse with private flush toilets and shower rooms is nearby. Cabins are a 10-minute walk up the hill from the main Conference Center.

Camping
Guests can bring their own tents for use on our 64 developed campsites year-round. All campsites have access to enclosed showers and outhouses. Note that we often receive significant rain November – April.

Spaces are available for your van, camper or other vehicle. Some have access to electricity, but no other hookups. Showers and restrooms are available in campgrounds and nearby Center buildings.

Rates are based on stated occupancy. Double rates are available ONLY to groups of 2 people who are staying in the same room. Please list the names of the people with whom you are sharing the room on the registration form. When possible if there are 2 request for doubles, then we may be able to pair singles of same gender identification.
